Shipping Policy

  • We offer delivery of our products across the globe. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so you must provide full street address with postal code / zip code and telephone / mobile number.
  • Please note that our courier partners DHL, FedEx, TNT, Aramex etc. will drop your shipment either at your door or will leave a card behind in case if you are not available at home.
  • Usually most of the shipping partners attempt deliveries 2-3 times but in exceptional cases, if you are unreachable then you need to get in touch with them and reschedule the delivery of your shipment.
  • Please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the doorbell.
  • We do not ship the products on Sundays and public holidays in India as our logistic partner does not pick-ups on those days.
  • Once an order is dispatched, if order / product will return to us because of incomplete address / wrong address, then we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide any refunds.

Shipping Cost

  • Shipping cost is based on the product weight and delivery location. The weight of any product can be found on its detail page.
  • We offer free shipping to within India.

Shipment and Tracking details

  • We use to send an email confirming the shipment of the order being placed, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and Courier Company‚Äôs website detail.
  • Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take around 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

Transit Time

If you have ordered two or more items, you may receive them in different boxes on different days, due to item availability and shipping locations. Often the products will be shipped separately from each other for added security in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address.

Change of Address Requests

Once an order has been place, no changes can be made. However, address change requests can be fulfilled within 24 hours of placing your order. You can send us your change request by email or call and the needful will be done.

Order to Multiple Addresses

Currently this option is not available. However, if you want to ship the product to different addresses, you can place multiple orders.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Note: Some couriers charge a penalty for incorrect delivery addresses, where the address and zip code do not match. The cost of such penalties and / or charges will be borne by the customer, without exception, and not by SimpleSarees.com. Please make sure your address is correct.

In case of reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the reshipment.

VAT & Custom Duties

  • VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.
  • They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.

What if any Delays

  • Time to ship the product mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
  • If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail
  • Dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases, we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.
