Terms & Conditions for Partial COD on SimpleSarees.com  

What is Partial COD?
Partial COD is a flexible payment method offered by SimpleSarees.com. With this option, you pay an advance amount at the time of placing the order, and the remaining balance (including COD charges is applicable) is payable upon delivery.  

Example:
If the product costs ₹999, a handling fee of ₹40 or 2% of the product's bill value (whichever is higher) will apply. In this case, the handling fee would be ₹40.

Why Pay an Advance?
The Partial COD system is designed to provide a better shopping experience by minimizing non-serious orders that lead to increased courier costs. As a low-margin e-commerce platform, this approach helps us maintain affordability and sustainability.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched or the shipment is returned for any reason, the advance payment or the handling fee are non-refundable.

Discount Coupons:
Discount coupons are not applicable to Partial COD orders. The advance payment remains fixed, regardless of any promotional offers or discounts.

How to Place an Order with Partial COD:
1. Select your product and choose Partial COD at checkout.  
2. Click the "Pay Now" button, which will redirect you to a secure payment page to pay the advance amount.

Payment & Order Confirmation:
Once you make the advance payment, it may take 4–8 business hours (up to 24 business hours in case of weekends, holidays, or unforeseen delays) for our team to manually process your order. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is created. You can track your order through the *Account > Orders* section on our website using your registered email.

Delivery Timeline:
Delivery time will same as per our Shipping Policy.

Partial COD Refund Policy:
- The advance payment for Partial COD orders is non-refundable.  
- After receiving the remaining payment upon delivery, the order will be eligible for our general returns and refund policy, with applicable return charges.
