However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange, or refund, subject to the terms outlined below.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

  • A product significantly different from the description

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Clear Description of the Issue

Requests made after 48 hours from delivery may not be accepted.

Important Delivery Instructions

Customers are advised to inspect the package carefully upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged or tampered with:

  • Inform the courier partner immediately before accepting delivery.

  • Contact our support team as soon as possible.

Do not return any item without prior approval from our team. Unauthorized returns may not qualify for exchange or refund.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and invoice copy must be included.

  • The item must be returned in sealed packaging.

  • Customers must clearly mention:

    • Order Number

    • Contact Details

    • Refund or Exchange Request

Products must be shipped back within 10 working days after receiving approval from our support team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the issue occurred due to our error.

Please clearly mark the package as “DEFECTIVE RETURNS” while shipping.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Stitched or customized products

  • Altered products

  • Used or worn items

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products returned without prior approval

  • Products disliked due to personal preference only

Minor color variations caused by photography, lighting, or screen settings are considered normal and are not treated as defects.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned products are received and successfully inspected by our quality control team.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved if:

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is confirmed defective or damaged

  • The item does not match the order requirements

  • Replacement is unavailable

  • Cancellation request qualifies under our cancellation policy

Refund Deductions

Approved refunds may be subject to the following deductions:

  • A 10% administrative/payment processing fee may be deducted from the total order value.

  • Shipping charges, customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import duties are non-refundable.

  • If promotional offers, discounts, free shipping, or gifts were applied to the order, their value may be deducted from the refundable amount.

For non-defective returns approved under exceptional circumstances, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Store Credit / Gift Voucher Refunds

If refunds are issued in the form of:

  • Store Credit

  • Gift Card

  • Discount Voucher

  • Credit Note

Then no processing fee deduction may apply.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within 4 to 14 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank processing timelines.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method whenever possible.

Promotional Orders

Refunds may not be processed fully or partially for orders placed during promotional campaigns or special offers.

In such situations, the refundable amount may be provided as store credit for future purchases.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

For approved manufacturing defects or wrong product deliveries, we will provide a replacement product with the same design or a suitable alternative, depending on stock availability.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order, only if processing has not started.

  • Orders for stitched, customized, or altered products cannot be cancelled.

  • Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Approved cancellations may be subject to a 10% administrative deduction.

Quality Inspection Process

Once returned products are received:

  • Our quality control team will inspect the items.

  • Verification of tags, packaging, invoice, and product condition will be conducted.

  • Refund or exchange approval will be confirmed only after successful inspection.

Simple Fashion Studio reserves the right to reject any return, refund, or exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
