In case you are unsatisfied with the product received from Simple Fashion Clothing. you may contact us with your complaints/ feedbacks at firstname.lastname@example.org, which shall revert back to you at the earliest. Please note that for creating a desired fit, pattern and look of a product, alterations may be required at your end.
In case the customer does not have access to local alteration facilities, Simple Fashion Clothing recommends the use of the safer measurement options offered by it, in order to minimize any chances of error:
- Buy unstitched items from us and get them tailored by your personal stylist or boutique.
- Try to choose as shown options to minimize errors.
- Try to choose from standard sizes as given in our size chart as the risk is more if you choose the customization option.
- Send your best fitting garment as a sample.
- Please note that we are not accepting any returns for stitched/customized clothing.
Product Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect or Wrong Item
- On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency.
- In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark on the proof of delivery.
- The customer should also lodge a proper complaint with the local office of the courier agency, so that Simple Fashion Clothing may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.
- In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact us at email@example.com, within 24 hours of receipt of product.
- Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of the Simple Fashion Clothing regarding the same.
- In case of any other complaints, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from Simple Fashion Clothing for the same.
- In case any product is returned without such confirmation, Simple Sarees does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.
- The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery.
- Please note that Simple Fashion Clothing shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.
- All defective products being returned to Simple Fashion Clothing shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.
- All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.
- All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to the customer, shall have to be sent back to Simple Sarees within ten (10) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from Simple Sarees.
- Safe receipt of defective product by Simple Fashion Clothing is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.
- In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to the customer, then Simple Fashion Clothing shall make the necessary modifications/alternations, AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER.
- In the rare circumstances when original fabric is unavailable for purpose of such alterations/modifications, Simple Sarees may use plain fabric of the same colour.
- CUSTOMER MAY HAVE TO BEAR THE COST OF SUCH REPLACEMENT FABRIC IN SUCH RARE CASES.
- Please note that Stitched and Made-to-Order Goods are not covered in the Return Policy. Stitched Goods are not accepted nor replaced.
Order Cancellations by the Customer:
In case, we receive a cancellation notice from you within 48-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will cancel the order and refund the amount to you after deducting 10% of the order amount as admin fees. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed by us. You agree not to dispute the decision made by SimpleSarees and accept SimpleSaree's decision regarding the cancellation.
We accept return only if the product is having manufacture defects or it is not as described on the product detail page. For a manufacturing defect, we send the new product with the same design.
Please note that we are not accepting any returns for stitched/customized clothing.

Never send back any item without consulting with us. It's very important that you had verified with us for returning the ordered products. If products returned without verification then no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
